Group Rates start at 10 players @ $35.00 each = $350.00
Includes admission and rental equipment, Co2 fills all day as well as 200 paintballs per player, whether players need the equipment or not. This requirement makes a group eligible for group rates and service.

Additional players:
$35 each for those who need to rent.
$15.00 for those with their own equipment (does not includeCo2/air or paintballs.)
If you have 30 or more players renting the price is $30 per player.

All players need to be paid for a minimum of 7 days prior to the play date. Additional players cannot be guaranteed if not paid with the initial reservation. Velocity Paintball requires full payment so that equipment and staff can be guaranteed for the group size, as well as staffing/equipment for other groups on the same day. Reservations are accepted until staff and equipment are exhausted. Additional players added within 7 days are subject to a $5 charge in addition to the regular rate if space is available.

NON-RENTER Private Groups 20 players @ $25 each = $500
Groups that have at least 20 players with their own equipment can do a private group for $25 per player. This does not include paintballs or Co2/air, but you do get to play in your own group with two referees on your own fields all day. Renters may be added after the initial 20 players with their own equipment @ $35 each.

Referee Requirement for private group size:
1-15 players = 1 referee
16-25 players = 2 referees
26-35 players = 3 referees
36-50 players = 4 referees

Paint Discounts for Private Groups:
Groups may take advantage of a paint discount if they are willing to pre-pay for their paint and buy a minimum of 3 cases. Paint is picked up at the field on day of play. Paint may be mixed and matched as long as a minimum of three cases is pre-paid for. Price does not apply for paint purchased on the day of play. Paint prices at the field are significantly different. Cases hold 2000 paintballs.

Velocity Paintball recommends 800-1000 paintballs per player for a day of play. If you have more experienced players in your group then you may want to increase the number to 1200 paintballs.

Private Group paint purchase suggestions:

REMEMBER for every 10 Renters you get 1 Case of WPN Toxic.  Velocity Paintball does not require that you buy our paint. We do however wish to pass the savings on to you for WPN’s quality paintballs.

10 Renters = $350 + 3 case minimum WPN Toxic $119.60 = $469.60 = 800 paintballs per player.

 20 Renters = $700 + 6 cases WPN Toxic $239.21 = $939.21 = 800 paintballs per player

HOURS

Velocity Paintball Park OPEN 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  Play is from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Velocity Paintball Park is open 7 days a week for prepaid group reservations.

NO SHOWS

No Refunds will be given for “No Shows” in your party on game day.  (i.e. If you confirm equipment for 20 players and only 15 show up to play, you still pay for 20).  Paintballs allocated for those absent individuals will be given to the group coordinator for disbursement.

CANCELLATION

No Refunds will be given for cancelled play dates. Play dates may be rescheduled with minimum 24 hour advance notice.

BAD WEATHER

No Refunds will be given for bad weather.  Velocity Paintball is open rain or shine.  Play dates may be rescheduled with minimum 24 hour advance notice.  Should Velocity Paintball be forced to close because of extreme weather conditions prior to start of play, a full refund will be issued or the game day may be rescheduled.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY & EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENTS

All players are required to sign a release of liability and rental equipment agreements.  Players under the age of 18 must have parental consent to play. Players must be at least 10 years old to play.  Parental consent forms are available from Velocity Paintball.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit in the form of a drivers license, active military ID or a major credit card is required from each person renting equipment.  Security deposits will be returned only when all equipment rented is returned or payment has been made for lost, damaged or stolen equipment.

PLAY DATE CANNOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
CONFIRMED DATES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
